We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and work on a large-scale project in the Insurance domain. Our project it is a large system with deep business logic, including numerous internal modules, integrations with third-party services and payment providers. A significant part of the solutions was developed by the SoftHouseGpoup team from scratch \u2014 from idea to implementation.

Team in Ukraine:<\/strong>
40+ people, including 20 Software Engineers, 10 QA Engineers, BAs, Technical Writers, and UX\/UI specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required skills:<\/strong>
\u2022 Work experience \u2014 3+ years as a PM;
\u2022 English level \u2014 Upper-Intermediate \/ Advanced;
\u2022 Understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile\/Scrum);
\u2022 Strong verbal & written communication skills;
\u2022 Ability to delegate effectively;
\u2022 Ability to make crucial decisions under pressure.

Will be a plus:<\/strong>
\u2022 Exceptional customer service orientation and related skills;
\u2022 Understanding of risk management;
\u2022 Development or testing experience;
\u2022 Practical experience of documenting the entire project life cycle (from project charter to project sign off).

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022 Managing all parts of project lifecycle from planning through successful execution;
\u2022 Team management: manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between team members, plan daily meetings, etc;
\u2022 Interaction with stakeholders;
\u2022 Identify present risks and proactively work to resolve them;
\u2022 Escalate larger problems\/challenges to management with proposed solutions;
\u2022 Understand stakeholder requirements and translate into technical deliverables across a wide array of products and technologies;
