We\u00a0are looking for a\u00a0skilled Product Manager to\u00a0join our team and work on\u00a0a\u00a0large-scale project in\u00a0the Insurance domain. Our project it\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0large system with deep business logic, including numerous internal modules, integrations with third-party services and payment providers. A\u00a0significant part of\u00a0the solutions was developed by\u00a0the SoftHouseGpoup team from scratch\u00a0\u2014 from idea to\u00a0implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong> Responsibilities:<\/strong>
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
Experience working with Tier-1 geo (Canada, Europe);
Experience communicating with design, support, CRM, and development teams to implement product vision;
Knowledge of operations management approaches and experience applying them in cross-functional teams;
Expert in customer discovery and market research, with experience translating executive vision and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps;
Proven experience in product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conduct market research: study market trends, competitors, and user needs;
Product requirements management: formulate clear, understandable business and product requirements;
Interact with design, marketing, development, and analytics departments to achieve the overall goal of product development;
Performance Analysis: Identify key metrics to assess product performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on the results;
